How to create and publish a job ad?
Click on "Create a job ad" on your dashboard or on the "Jobs" module in the side menu of your back office and then on "Add a job ad".
Step 1: Job details
- Complete all the fields displayed from the section "About the position" - they are all mandatory.
- Title
- Contract type: a duration might be necessary, depending on the contract type you chose.
- Job category: select the category that fits your position the best.
- Starting date
- Address
- Remote work
- Study level needed
- Fill out the "Job description"
- Images cannot be uploaded in this section. If you have a company page on JobTeaser, the media from your page will be automatically displayed next to your job ad.
- We recommend you to structure the job description: highlight the tasks and missions, the profile you are looking for, and the benefits of working at your company.
- You can save at any step and return to creating your offer at any time. Your ad will be saved in the "Unpublished" tab in the jobs module.

Step 2: Application process
There are two options to receive applications:
- Option 1: by email and on JobTeaser
- Please insert the email address that will receive the application notifications.
- We recommend you to use this option as it is a simpler and faster application experience to your candidates.
- Also, it is better to choose to receive the CV only rather than a short motivation text or a cover letter to not discourage candidates.
- Option 2: on an external website
- Please insert the link that will be available during the whole publication period.

Step 3: Publication
Select the type of job ad you want to use to publish.

Set 4: Preview
- Verify the info of your job ad by going through the full summary.
- Edit a section if needed by clicking on "edit" or going to a previous step on the stepper.
- When everything is ready, click on the button "save" to publish it later or directly on "publish" to have it online immediately.
When the job ad is saved but not published yet, it appears in the "Unpublished" tab. Click on 'Review and publish the job' button to modify if needed and then publish as explained above.
When the job ad is published, it will be visible in the "Ongoing" tab which means it will be online for 30 days. After this publication period, it will move to the "Expired" tab of the jobs module.
How to republish an archived job ad?
- Select the archived job ad in the "Expired" tab you would like to republish.
- Then click on the "Publish again" button.
- The job ad will be republished and you will see it on the "Ongoing" tab of your jobs module.
The republication will consume 1 credit, like a regular job posting.
