With our “Simplified Application + ATS Sync” feature, you can receive applications submitted on JobTeaser directly into your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) automatically and seamlessly.
This functionality is designed to make your recruitment process easier and eliminate manual data entry.
What is “Simplified Application + ATS Sync”?
This feature allows students to apply to your job ads in just a few clicks, without ever leaving the JobTeaser platform. JobTeaser then sends all application data directly to your ATS, including files such as CVs and cover letters.
👉 Applicants clearly see during the process that their information is being forwarded to your company.

🛠 How does it work?
Once the synchronisation is active, your job ads published on JobTeaser that match a job in your ATS (via Job Reference ID or Job Title) will automatically be converted to Easy Apply ads. These are clearly marked with a “Simplified Application” tag and allow students to apply directly within the JobTeaser platform.
When a student applies, their application is sent to your ATS through a secure API connection, including the following candidate data:
- First name and surname
- Email address
- CV
- Gender
- Telephone number
- Country
- Legal consent
- Application source (JobTeaser_ATS)
➕ Optional: Replicate screening questions
If you require additional candidate information to properly assess applications, we can replicate your ATS’s mandatory screening questions directly in the JobTeaser application funnel.
This feature allows you to maintain consistency in your data without complicating the student experience.

Only mandatory screening questions are replicated to keep the process simple and user-friendly

Supported formats include free text, single select, multi-select, date, number and boolean. All answer values are also replicated to stick to your format.

From your side, nothing changes in how you receive or process the application

The replication of screening questions is not active by default. The integration process remain the same but you need to ask JobTeaser to activate this free option.
