You can publish your job ads with the mention 'Job of the week' in order to maximize their visibility during 7 days to the students.

Create a Sponsored job ad from an unpublished ad

In step 3 'Publication', select 'Sponsored job ad'.

Click on 'Continue' and 'Publish' to post it online. The Sponsored job ad will be live for 7 days and stay at the top of the list with the 'Job of the Week' tag.
After this period, the Sponsored job ad will be automatically archived and will appear in the 'expired' tab of the Jobs section.
Create a Sponsored job ad from an ongoing ad

Select the ongoing job ad that you want to turn into a Sponsored job ad.

Click on 'Activate as Sponsored job ad'.
- Confirm the publication.
The Sponsored job ad will be live for 7 days and stay at the top of the list with the 'Job of the Week' tag.
For example, you decide after 15 days of publication to increase the visibility of your job ad by using a Sponsored job ad. For 7 days, the job ad will be visible as 'Job of the week'. After these 7 days, it will end its initial publication period and will be online for 15 days without being 'Job of the week'.
Therefore, you can accumulate the 30 days of classic publication and the 7 days of publication as a Sponsored job ad.
