The different features of TalentMatch

TalentMatch includes several collaborative features designed to help recruiters better manage candidate interactions and improve team coordination throughout the recruitment process.

This article presents the main collaboration and tracking features available in TalentMatch.

Candidate Relationship History

The History tab allows recruiters to access the full interaction history between a candidate and the company directly from the candidate profile.

In the History section, recruiters can see which recruiter contacted the candidate, when messages were sent, and the previous interactions that took place through TalentMatch. They can also check whether the candidate has already applied to a job and view the jobs they applied to.

This information is centralized in one place to give recruiters better visibility before contacting a candidate.

Why is this feature useful?

The History tab helps recruiters avoid contacting a candidate multiple times unnecessarily and gives them a better understanding of the existing relationship between the candidate and the company. It also allows recruitment teams to coordinate more efficiently and personalize their outreach based on previous interactions.

This feature improves collaboration and provides additional context before engaging with a talent.

Notes on Candidates

The Notes feature allows recruiters to add internal feedback directly on a candidate profile.

Recruiters can add a rating to a candidate, write internal comments and feedback, and view notes created by other recruiters. They can also access notes coming from both TalentMatch and TalentConnect.

Notes are shared internally and help teams keep track of candidate evaluations and interactions.

Why is this feature useful?

The Notes feature improves collaboration between hiring teams by making it easier to share candidate feedback and keep a record of evaluations for future recruitment needs. It also ensures smoother continuity between TalentMatch and TalentConnect.

This creates a more collaborative recruitment workflow and helps teams make better-informed hiring decisions.

Filter combinations Save:

You can now save filter combinations for reuse across different projects and sessions.

This feature is designed to save time and improve consistency when searching for talent using recurring criteria, allowing recruiters to quickly apply previously used filters without having to rebuild them each time.

Enable weekly AI re-runs:

You can now trigger a weekly AI refresh on your projects to capture and leverage the latest student activity. This enhancement ensures that recommendations remain up to date as student profiles and engagement evolve over time.

Why?

  • Avoid creating multiple projects for the same job ad, reducing unnecessary processing and improving efficiency.
  • Refresh results automatically once a week to identify newly relevant talents.

What's New?

  • A "Refresh Results" button is now available once per week, allowing you to generate updated recommendations for your existing project.
  • If you attempt to create a new project using a job ad that has already been used, a message will redirect you to the existing project so that you can refresh its results instead.
