If you don’t have any job ads live and simply want to look for young talent to strengthen your team, you can create a project from scratch.
In this case, the AI matching engine is not activated, which means:
- No matching scores are displayed
- Profiles are not ranked based on a job ad
Instead, talents are displayed based on the recency of their CV updates.
- Profiles that have been updated most recently are shown first
- This helps you focus on talents who are currently active and engaged
You can then browse through the talent pool at your own pace and apply filters to refine your search, just like in other TalentMatch projects.
From there, the workflow remains familiar:
- Open profiles to review students’ backgrounds, experiences, skills, and preferences
- Select one or several talents you’d like to contact
- Reach out directly to introduce an opportunity or start a conversation
This sourcing mode gives you full flexibility to explore, identify, and engage with young talent, even before a job ad is defined.
