FAQ

Below you’ll find the most common questions about using TalentMatch, from sourcing filters to messaging and data privacy.

  • Can recruiters filter candidates by location?
    • Yes, recruiters can filter talents based on their location to better match hiring needs and geographic constraints.
  • Why is there a minimum of 5 schools when filtering?
    • TalentMatch requires recruiters to select at least 5 schools when applying a school filter. This ensures greater diversity in sourcing, fair visibility across institutions, and broader and more relevant AI-driven recommendations.

Limiting the filter to only one or two schools would significantly reduce the quality and diversity of suggested profiles.

  • Are projects shared between recruiters that both hold a license?
    • Yes, projects are shared across recruiters with a license within the same company. This means:
      • Recruiter A can see projects created by Recruiter B
      • Teams can collaborate more effectively
      • Outreach remains coordinated and transparent
  • What does the “Contacted” status mean?
    • The “Contacted” status indicates that the student has already been contacted by your company for that specific project. This helps avoid duplicate outreach and ensures a smooth candidate experience.
  • Can recruiters message multiple talents at once?
    • Yes, with batch messaging, recruiters can select and contact up to 50 talents at the same time.
  • Is there a limit on initiation messages?
    • Yes, to ensure quality outreach and protect candidate experience:
      • A recruiter can send up to 200 initiation messages in total per day
      • A maximum of 2 initiation messages per talent per day
  • What data is removed during CV anonymization?
    • When anonymization is activated, the system removes photos, last names, phone numbers, physical addresses, email addresses, LinkedIn links. This supports fair and unbiased screening.
  • Is the recruiter’s real email visible to students?
    • No, JobTeaser uses Reply-To Masking, meaning that both the recruiter’s and the student's real email addresses are hidden. Of course, you can share any personal information on your own initiative.
