You can edit an event even if young graduates have already registered.
However, some fields become locked to protect the integrity of the event and ensure a smooth experience for participants.
❌ Fields you cannot edit once there are registrants
For all events:

Type of registration (external website / on JobTeaser)

Asking candidates for additional information / adding new questions / changing existing questions

Reducing the maximum number of applicants below the current number of registrants

Switching the event to have slots

Making attendance mandatory

Enabling manual validation of registrants
For events with slots:

Once students are enrolled in a slot, you cannot delete a slot nor change the time information.

However, you can update the slot title or description, but this will trigger an automatic email notification to all registered students.

Whenever you edit an event with registrants, all registered participants will automatically receive an email informing them of the change.
