Once we’ve confirmed that your company is eligible for the Simplified Application + ATS Sync feature, setting up the integration is quick and straightforward.
This article outlines what to expect at each step, from receiving your access links to launching the feature live.
Step 1: Eligibility check
Before starting, we’ll verify whether your company meets the necessary technical and organisational criteria.
This includes:

Checking that your ATS is supported

Confirming that your jobs are published in your ATS first

Ensuring job titles or reference IDs can be used to match jobs between systems

Step 2: Receive your access links
Once you’ve been confirmed as eligible, we’ll send you an email with everything you need to get started - no development work is required on your side.
The email includes:

A magic link for your test environment (optional but highly recommended)

A magic link for your production environment (required)
These links authorise JobTeaser (via our integration partner Kombo) to send applications directly into your ATS. The setup usually takes around 30 minutes for someone familiar with configuring your ATS.
Step 3: Follow the configuration guide for your ATS
Each ATS has its own connection procedure. Once you've received your links, simply follow the dedicated step-by-step instructions for your system.

We'll check the status of your integration periodically, but if you want to help speed the process along, don't hesitate to send a quick email to jtpartner@jobteaser.com letting us know that you've completed the connection procedure. This way we'll be able to move to Step 4 without any delay.
Step 4: JobTeaser sends a test application
Once you’ve completed the setup using the production or test magic link, the integration is live for the selected environment.
To verify that everything is working correctly, the JobTeaser team will send a test application to a job in your ATS. This routine test helps us confirm that:

Applications are received in your ATS without any issues

All candidate data (CV, cover letter, etc.) is correctly transferred
We'll reach out to you to confirm that the test application appeared successfully in your ATS.
Step 5: You’re live!
After successful verification, your integration is fully operational.
From now on:

All job ads on JobTeaser that can be matched with a job in your ATS will display the “Simplified Application” tag

Applications submitted on those ads will go directly into your ATS, streamlining your recruitment flow
