Before setting up the Simplified Application + ATS Sync feature, we’ll first need to confirm that your company meets a few essential requirements.
This article outlines the technical and organisational criteria that must be fulfilled to ensure a successful integration.
✅ Who can benefit from the ATS Sync feature?
The integration is available to corporate clients who manage applications via an external ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and want to automatically receive JobTeaser applications directly in their ATS.
It’s a great fit for clients who currently:
- Receive applications by email and via JobTeaser’s internal application management system
→ You'll be able to manage applications directly from within your ATS, but the application process for students will remain just as simple.
- Redirect applicants from JobTeaser to their career site or external ATS portal
→ With this sync, candidates no longer need to leave the JobTeaser platform to apply, while you continue to receive all applications in your ATS - no changes to your workflow, but a smoother experience for students and higher conversion rates for you.
📌 Key Requirements
To use the ATS Sync feature, your setup must meet the following criteria:
1. Your ATS must be compatible
We currently support a growing list of ATS providers via our integration partner, Kombo.

2. Jobs must be published in your ATS first
To enable the sync, your job ads must originate from your ATS. JobTeaser will then match these jobs with the ads on our platform using:

Job reference ID

Job title
Only jobs that can be successfully matched will show the “Simplified Application” tag on JobTeaser.
Not eligible? Alternative options
If your current ATS setup doesn’t meet these criteria, you can still:

Receive applications via email or JobTeaser’s internal messaging

Include an external application link in your job ads (students will be redirected to your ATS)
These methods don’t offer full synchronisation but still allow you to direct candidates through your existing processes.
