In order for your company page to go online, certain compliance criteria must be met.
Several elements are required for your company page to be activated:
The Customer Care team created your back office by entering already some information. Do not hesitate to modify the following information:
- Company name
- Logo (size min 400px x 400px)
- Brief company overview: The catchphrase of your company, your slogan (max. 70 characters)
- Industry: the main and secondary industry selected from the list
- Business type
Other mandatory information to complete from scratch your company page:
- Cover: image used on the job ad and company card (recommended size 1600px x 312px - maximum size 4 MB)
- Location of headquarters: the exact address, or at least the city where they are located. Only one address is required, as this information will be linked to Google Maps on your page.
- Website link: the link to your website

Key information concerning your company: complete at least 2 out of the 4 or 6 key information among
- Parity
- Countries where the company operates
- Average age
- Founding year
- Number of employees (only for premium company page)
- Top 3 countries where your offices are located (only for premium company page)

Company overview section (text only):
- Add catchy text to describe your company for the first 300 characters (used as preview for the full section)
- Add more text content to describe what does your company

The 4 main values of your company :
- Find the best fitting 4 words to describe your company and complete the fields.
- 20 characters max per value

Media gallery (at least 3 images and/or videos):
- 2 presentation pictures to display in the banner.
- More pictures or videos to display in a dedicated photo section and a video section in the company page.
- Videos restriction: YouTube or Vimeo only
- FAQ: answer at least 2 out of the 4 most asked question (maximum of 300 characters per answer)
- Recruitment email: email to redirect spontaneous application
- Discover our team section (only for premium company page): text only
- At least 3 testimonial (only for premium company page): videos or pictures to present your different teams or jobs.
- At least 1 article online (only for premium company page)

💡 Tips:
Even if we have those mandatory elements, we always encourage you to put in as much content as possible in order to share the most valuable information and transparency with students and future employees of yours.
- Upload high quality pictures (PNG file format) and videos.
- Upload a video presentation of your company.
- Ensure you complete your page in the language(s) specified in the onboarding email sent by our International Customer Care team. If you have a company page in different languages, please validate the changes you make for one language before switching languages. Also, only one language can be updated at once.
- We do not recommend including any redirection links to external websites in the different sections of your profile. Adding links may result in a loss of traffic to your JobTeaser page, and we will not be able to track who is redirected to an external website.
