Sometimes students you meet at campus events or your own may not have an active profile or may not yet be registered. No problem! TalentConnect makes it easy to save their information and follow up later, even if they only have a printed CV with them right now.
Here’s how you can create a profile on the spot:
1. Add a new profile manually
- Select the option to ‘Manually add a new profile’ from your Live Event interface.
2. Upload the student’s CV
- Use your phone to scan their paper CV. The scanned document uploads directly into the student profile you’re creating.
- Do you prefer accessing TalentConnect on your laptop? You can easily add a student's profile by attaching a file - perfect if they’ve emailed you their CV!
3. Fill out the profile together
- Work with the student to input their key details into the system.
- Once complete, click ‘create a profile’ to finalise.
4. Go the extra mile with TalentConnect Premium 🌟
If you have the Premium feature, you can even send a tailored job offer to the student right after creating their profile provided your job ad supports the CV-only application process.
💡 Important: While you can send job offers, newly created profiles cannot directly apply to job postings onsite as they lack a fully registered account.
