What kind of emails might I receive?
1️⃣ Monthly usage summary
This monthly recap provides an overview of how you are using job credits on our platform. If you wish to purchase more credits or different type of credits, please contact your Account Manager.
Who receives this email?
It’s sent to super-administrators of your backoffice.
2️⃣ Job ad expiration reminders
This email notification is sent to alert you that one of your job ads will expire in 5 days. It’s a reminder to review the job ad and extend its duration if needed to continue attracting candidates.
Who receives this email?
It’s sent to the person from whom's access on JobTeaser the job ad has been created.
How can I change or stop receiving these emails?
If you would like to change the recipient or stop receiving one or more of these notifications:
- Contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@jobteaser.com or your Account Manager.
- You can also create a filter or rule in your email inbox to better sort or categorise these notifications.
