If you encounter a 400/401/403/404/422 error page, please follow these instructions:

Please note: if you connect to your recruiter profile on several different back offices at the same time, you will get an error message unless you use a different browser for each back office.

Error 403 Cloudfare
If you encounter a 403 Cloudfare error, it is likely that your company's security solution is provided by Netskope.
Indeed, this editor re-transcribes the information from JobTeaser in an erroneous way, leading to a blocking of your access. To solve this problem, your IT department should contact Netskope directly with the following message:

"When accessing https://www.jobteaser.com/ an HTTP header of the request is incorrectly copied by Netskope, resulting in a blocking by CloudFare and leading to a 403 Forbidden error."

Include your IP address, the date and time of the error occurrence and the type of error (403 Forbidden) to your message.
In meantime, you can use a mobile hotspot. This will allow you to bypass your firewall, which causes the error.
Error 500
An error 500 is usually related to the use of emojis or special characters in descriptions or text fields on JobTeaser. In this case, you must remove them and reload the page.
An error 500 can also be related to the insertion of a video or videoconference link that is too long in your back office. In this case, you must shorten it by using the free tool https://bitly.com for example and then insert the shortened link.

Error 413 Request Entity Too Large
This error message appears when the image you wanted to upload is too large. The required dimensions are indicated in our back office below or next to the field where you can upload images. Their file type should be .png or .jpeg and the maximum file size is 4MB. You can use any online image editing tool or software to adjust the dimensions.
If despite these efforts you still encounter difficulties, don't hesitate to send your image(s) by email and we will try on our side.
"I have a blank page"
JobTeaser is using CloudFlare, the firewall that protects our platform, to better secure our services and safeguard data.
If you are using older versions of web browsers, you might encounter issues when accessing jobteaser.com. These issues could include error pages or blank screens, which are generated by your web browser itself.
If you encounter such blank pages or if you are unable to access JobTeaser, the solution is straightforward: updating the web browser to the latest version. Here’s how you can do this:
For Google Chrome users:
