You can now find all your conversations with talents in Messages, a dedicated messaging space on JobTeaser.
Conversations started from different JobTeaser modules, such as TalentMatch, are gathered in one centralized place. This makes it easier to find messages, track unread conversations and access talents profiles.
Why use Messages?
Previously, conversations could be spread across different JobTeaser modules or TalentMatch projects. Finding a specific message or checking whether a talent had replied could therefore take time.
With Messages, you can start conversations from the relevant JobTeaser module and find all your message exchanges in one place. This gives you a clearer overview of your conversations and helps you keep track of messages that need your attention.
What can you do in this module?
See all your conversations
The conversation list gives you an overview of your exchanges with talents.
Unread conversations are highlighted with a dot, so you can quickly identify messages that still need your attention.
Search conversations
Use the search bar to find a conversation by:
- Talent name
- Message content
Check unread messages
A notification badge appears next to Your messages in the JobTeaser navigation. It shows the number of unread conversations.
This helps you keep track of new messages without having to check each module individually.
Access a talent’s profile
When you open a conversation, you can see:
- The talent’s school logo
- The talent’s school name
- A direct link to the talent’s profile
This gives you quick access to the information you need when reviewing a conversation.
How can I start or reply to a conversation?
You cannot start a new conversation directly from Messages.
To start a new conversation, use the relevant JobTeaser module, such as TalentMatch.
You can reply to an existing conversation in either of the following ways:
- Directly from Messages
- From the module where the conversation was started, such as TalentMatch
Who can access Messages?
The Messages module is being rolled out to all recruiters.
All recruiters will have access to this page, including recruiters who do not currently have access to TalentMatch.
Once the module is available for your account, you will find it under Your messages in the JobTeaser navigation. No setup is required.
Your conversations are private
All exchanges between a recruiter and a talent are private. They are not shared with your colleagues.
What happens to existing conversations?
Your existing conversations will be available in Messages when the module is enabled for your account. You do not need to migrate or recreate anything.
