Why do we change the company page, and how did we design the new version?
As the company page was designed a few years ago, the team is working on a revamped Company Page to better suit the GenZ and companies' needs. To design this new company page, we conducted extensive analysis and interviews with students and companies in France and in Europe to understand the current needs and positioning the new Company Page should have. We also tested the design and iterated with hundreds of European students.
What is changing - in brief?
- Fewer words and more media content to help you display your company’s DNA and atmosphere.
- New fields (i.e. FAQ, ESG …) as students' needs and concerns have evolved in the last years :
- More medias elements (image, video)
- New information
- Many fields will disappear as those information are nowadays less followed for students or seasonal information that needed to be updated regularly.
How to update my company page?
The new company page will be released for everyone in September.
As the content required will evolve, we’ll migrate most of the existing fields into the new company page, yet, you’ll need to update the content to optimize the look and feel of your profile and therefore also the students' satisfaction. Our teams will of course be there to support and guide you during that process.
What’s next?
During the summer:
- We’ll make the new fields available in the back-office in advance, so you can input the new required information. We will send you an update about it via email.
- We’ll also send guidelines on how to update the existing fields - ensuring your company page will be up-to-date for the release and back to school period.
From September onwards:
Following the revamp of the Company Page, we’ll be working on updating the back-office, so it is better aligned with the new format of the company page. We do not only improve the student’s experience with your content but also your navigation on our platform.

What’s gone
As students' needs and expectations towards a company changed since we developed the first version of the company page, we deleted some of the old fields. With the new version of the profile, we want to give more importance to your media content and ensure the company page remains appealing.
1. Header:
- No more header image displayed on the company page (instead, your banner will be used to also provide informations about your job ads
- No more clickable icons for social media
2. About us tab:
- Facebook / YouTube are no more displayed
- Less text editing option to keep it consistent with the rest of the design
- Turnover and investment funding fields disappear
- Name & picture of the CEO disappear
- Values & Culture field (replace with a highlight of your 4 main values)
- Wanted profiles: information in this field were often obsolete and varied a lot from one position to another
- Brand section: Brands are no more clickable as they were no dedicated page
3. Job tab:
- Recruitment process is gone as it is usually specific to a position, not to a company
4. [Full company profile only] Team tab:
- As in the “about tab” there’s no more “desired profile” field
- Job previews are gone as well
