The Shortlist is an effective method for recruiting talents for a job offer. Once shortlisted, applicants will gain access to the job ad you posted on JobTeaser.
Here are our tips for creating an ideal job offer.
Reminder: Shortlist uses the criteria of your job ad to perform a semantic match.
- Make sure that the category of your ad is chosen correctly. If you place your ad in the "Human Resources" category, you will only have access to applicants who have selected this category in their search criteria.
TIP: If you change the category of your ad, you can create a new Shortlist and see if more relevant candidates are suggested.
- Ensure that you specify the correct start date. If you specify "ASAP" as the start date, you will receive applicants who are looking for a position available immediately within the next two months. However, if you specify a specific month, such as September, as the start date, you will have access to applicants who have been searching for a position in the past two months (July and August) as well as the next two months (September, October, and November).
TIP: If you change the start date of your ad, you can access new applicants who are searching for opportunities at different times.
