Using Shortlist filters

By using filters, you can refine your selection of candidates for the Shortlist.

The filters are hidden by default, but can be displayed by clicking on "Advanced Filters."

Here, you can select your preferences such as list of universities, graduation year, languages and mobility.

Reminder: With the "List of universities" filter, you have the option to select a list of universities that interest you. Afterwards, candidates who have either attended or are currently attending these universities will be presented to you.

The "Graduation year" filter allows you to determine the graduation year or years of the applicants you are looking for. This filter can be particularly useful if, for example, you are looking for applicants for a mandatory internship in a bachelor's or master's program.

By using the "Languages" filter, you can select the languages that candidates on the Shortlist must have proficiency in. You have the option to select one or multiple languages and specify the desired minimum level for each language.

The "Mobility" filter allows you to specify the geographical area where candidates would be willing to move for their next career opportunity. You have the option to specify a city, state, or region.
