You can add new team members in the tab "stall settings" under Team.
Please be aware that this is a crucial step, as only colleagues, that are added to the team, have access to the event area. That means that the person, who has been signed up to the event as the main contact person, needs to add all other colleagues that should have access to the event.
If you click on the edit button, a window pops up where you can type in the name of the team member.
First connection to the platform
About two months before the Virtual Career Fair, your dedicated JobTeaser project manager adds your company to the platform.
Access is created for the person in your company in charge of organizing the event.
This person will receive an automatic email from email@example.com allowing them to finalize their access.

Check your spam or go to this link and click on "forgotten password".
All you have to do is set a password, and you will be able to access the Virtual Career Fairs JobTeaser platform!
Once you are connected to the stall, you can start to give team members access to your stall. Here, you have two options, depending on whether they already have a recruiter account or not:
Option 1 : You and your team members already have a recruiter account with JobTeaser or Graduateland
You can easily add them by selecting their name in the drop-down.
Option 2 : You and your team members do not have a recruiter account with JobTeaser or Graduateland yet
No worries, you can easily add them by typing in their name. Then a link appears which you can use to invite them.
After adding them to your stall, the team members will receive an invite via email with a link to the event. Afterward, they have the same event access as you. So they can set up the stall, add 1:1 conversations, chat, etc.
- I receive the error message that the email address is already attached to another company. What now?
One email address can only be attached to one employer profile. Please reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org ask us to reattach the user to the same company as you. After reattaching them, you should be able to invite them.
- My colleagues did not receive an email. What now?
First, we recommend checking the spam folder. Alternatively, your colleagues can use the password reset on the recruiter log-in page to access the event area. They must use the email address that was used when they were invited to the team.
