If your job ads aren't visible on you company page, check the following points:
- Have you successfully posted your job ads?
If this is the case, they will appear as 'Ongoing' in the 'Jobs' section of your back office.
Keep in mind that it takes a few minutes after publication for your job ads to appear on your company page. - Is the visibility of your job ads restricted to specific universities and schools?
If your job ads are targeted to a list of schools and universities, they will not be displayed on JobTeaser's website. They will appear only in the Career Centers of the targeted schools and universities.
If you would like your job ads to appear on the website and on all the Career Centers of our partner schools and universities, you can modify your job ads' targeting. -
Do you have enough job credits left?
You can check this by going to your usage monitoring. If you have no job credits left, you cannot publish any more job ads.
You should therefore contact your Account Manager if you wish to benefit from another job ads package.

Do you use a crawler?
If you are using a crawler to automatically publish certain job ads from your career site to JobTeaser, it may be that the configuration of your crawler needs to be modified.

In which language are your job ads?
The content displayed on the platform and on your page depends on the language settings selected by our users.
If you published a job ad that is not written in the language of your back office, you won't see it on your page. However, it will be visible on your page to users who selected the language in which you published the job ad in their language settings.
For example: your company page is in English and you published two job ads in German.
These job ads will only appear on your page for users who selected German and English in their language settings.
