Watch this tutorial and find out how to create and publish an article on your company page:
Articles enable you to communicate and post company news directly from your company page. They will be displayed in the ‘Events and news’ tab of your page. They will also appear as a thumbnail in the highlights of the ‘About us’ tab (i.e. homepage).
You can write one or two articles per month in order to regularly update your page and attract more followers.
To create an article, click on the 'Articles' section of your back office.
It is very important to write the article in the language of your company page.
For example, if you have 2 company pages in English and German, you must select the English section if you want the article to be published in English on your English page.
Or you have to select the German section if you want the article to be published in German on your German page.
Once you have chosen the language, click on 'Add'.
The title as well as the subject of the article are mandatory elements.
You can link the article to a job category. It won't impact the audience accessibility but simply help to better categorize the articles that are displayed in the Career Centers.
You can also target the article to specific schools. If you don't target the article, it will be visible by all users.

Then, you can directly write the text of the article, without emojis. It is very important to write the article in the language of your company page.
It’s not recommended to have an article in English on your German page for example as it must be readable by the whole audience you target.
You can also add a redirection link. It will appear at the bottom of the page in the front office to display more information about the article.
Finally, you can add an image or a video to make the article more pleasant to read.
To add a video, tick the box ‘Is there a video?’. Then fill in its title, url and preview picture. It will appear as a thumbnail in the front office.
Please note that the video should be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo.
To upload an image, click on the '+' button.
If you are unable to upload your image or if you get an error message when trying to add it, it means that it needs to be resized. To do this, use the photo editing software on your computer or a specialized website.
Once the article is ready, click on:

if you want to save the information you have just written without publishing the article.

or on
if you want to save the article and publish it at the same time on your company page.
If you publish it, you can see the result in the front office by going to the list of all articles and clicking on the ‘Details’ button of the article.
Finally click on ‘More’ and on ‘Preview’.
