The Virtual Career Fair by JobTeaser is a digital forum broadcasted on the intranet of our 750 partner establishments.
Each Virtual Career Fair is organized around a theme defined by our editorial team according to the highlights of the year and the needs of young talents.
It is possible to combine a live presentation and one-on-one interviews (also called interviews) to maximize the impact of the event and meet candidates.
Slots are limited for each forum: 30 companies can participate.

How does a Virtual Career Fair take place?
The Virtual Career Fair takes place directly on the JobTeaser platform, using the Zoom application (directly on JobTeaser without downloading, recommended solution) or the videoconferencing tool of your choice.
It is distributed widely on the intranet of our 750 partner schools and universities. The event is promoted for 1 month in the personal space of registrants, in a weekly email alert and on JobTeaser's social networks.
The event has two highlights:
- A live presentation (add-on product) of 30 minutes maximum with three speakers on the theme of the forum. It allows you to communicate about your employer brand and can accommodate up to 495 participants. A chat can be deactivated or activated to chat live with participants on Zoom.
- Individual interviews of a 30 minutes maximum can be conducted with young talents. It is possible to carry out up to 3 interviews simultaneously. You have access to the resumes of the people who registered at your virtual booth, and you can sort them in order to meet the candidates who interest you during the forum.

- 1st contact: the JobTeaser teams get in touch with you to prepare for the Virtual Career Fair (communication elements, speaker (s), etc ...).
- Virtual Career Fair setup: JobTeaser creates the main event, which will redirect to your conference and interviews. You must then set up the conference and the interviews. Here are the articles that explain more about conference setup and interview setup.
- Uploading communication: Communication on JobTeaser begins when the main event of the forum is created and uploaded.
- Participants registrations: Students and recent graduates can register to your conference and apply for a meeting. You must moderate those registered for interviews.
- On the big day: speakers and participants connect to the Virtual Career Fair. Once the event is over, statistics will be shared with you.
