Please note, accepting or refusing a candidate via your JobTeaser back-office does not automatically send a standardised email. If you wish to inform candidates of your decision, you will need to manually send them an email.
The CSV export function will enable you to extract the full list of applications. These exports can be used in any spreadsheet software to fit your process. In order to export, head over to the “Job ads” tab in your back-office, and select "Candidates" on the job ad you want:
Click on the “Excel export” button:
The excel export will export a document with the following information: first name, last name, email address, application status, a link to the candidate’s CV, candidate’s social media profiles, candidate message, spoken languages, etc.
The “Emails list” button:
By clicking the “Email list” button, a window will open allowing you to easily copy the list of candidates. We recommend using this list by adding it to the bcc field on the emails you send to candidates to inform them of your decision.
You can also directly export the CVs in order to have them downloaded on your computer or company storage. In order to do so, click on the “Export CV” button.
Please note, exporting CVs can take several hours.
