Shortlist is an incredibly effective method for successfully recruiting the right talents through proactive outreach.
The matching tool (How does the Shortlist algorithm work) compares your published job offers with relevant young talents who have indicated that they are actively looking for a job (Who are the candidates in the Shortlist).
Once talents are contacted through the Shortlist, they have a period of three working days to respond. If they express interest, you will receive their resume directly.
This way, you can quickly and easily identify potential candidates and obtain further information.
