How to create and publish a job ad?
- Click on the 'Jobs' module in your Back Office
- Press the 'Add a Job Ad' button at the top right of your screen
- Fill in all required fields indicated by an asterisk. Do not hesitate to read our advice to write an effective job ad.
Please note you have to choose only one language as the language of your job ad.
If you want to post a job ad in two different languages, you should create two separate job ads.
For example, if you'd like to target a French-speaking and Dutch-speaking audience in one job ad, it's recommended to write your job ad in English or to publish two job ads in French and Dutch.
Keep in mind that, if you choose the latter option, 2 credits will be used as 2 job ads will be published. - Choose your application management settings:
It is strongly recommended to opt for receiving and managing applications by email and on the JobTeaser interface. You will receive applications via the email address entered in the dedicated field. This email address you add to the email field will NOT appear in your published job ad.
Also, it is better to choose a short text application message rather than a cover letter to avoid discouraging candidates.
Note that applying on an external site can lengthen the recruitment process and significantly impact the user experience. Make sure that the link remains functional for the whole online publication period of the ad.
- If you want to save the fields you have filled in without publishing the job ad, click on 'Publish later'.
If you have filled in all the mandatory fields and you would like to publish the job ad, click on 'Create & publish the job'. - Once the job ad is created, it appears in the 'Unpublished' tab of your 'Jobs' module
- Click on 'Review and publish the job' button
You'll then be presented with three options:
- Publish the offer by clicking on 'Confirm the publication'. A credit will be used.

- If you want to use a Sponsored ad you have bought, you can choose to publish your job ad as a Sponsored ad. Read How to activate a Sponsored ad (Job of the Week)? for more information.
- Publish the offer by clicking on 'Confirm the publication'. A credit will be used.
- The job ad is live. It will move from the 'unpublished' to the 'ongoing' tab in the 'Jobs' module.
It will be online for 30 days.
How to republish an archived job ad?
Tip: to save time, you can republish an archived job ad.
To do so:
- Click on the 'Jobs' module in your Back Office
- Click on the 'Expired' tab
- Select the archived job ad you would like to republish
- Then click on the 'Publish again' button which can be found in the upper left side of the screen
- The job ad will be republished and you will see it on the 'Ongoing' tab of your 'Jobs' module.
The republishing will use 1 credit, like a regular job posting.
